For what it's worth, I don't they'd announce the receipt of paperwork. The massive announcement is that they've passed the certification - no need to make an announcement when the mailman actually delivers it.
However, I - along with all of us I think - would like an update on CFDA certification for the Prizma and the current standing of MOU's. OK- maybe I'm just getting impatient....
