Convertible notes can have some tough terms as they are often seen as a last option for finance or for companies starting out.
Agree that it is a good thing that it is for a material acquisition .
I will wait to see the terms of the note and what is being purchased as I don't want to be seen as a wet blanket , as I was preaching caution with the approvals and that proved to be unnecessary.
