Don't sweat it to much. It's not always the best to be first to market. To be honest, this is a bit of a blessing. Imagine the reviews... this device actually delivers unlike welllllll this one.
Besides, completely different market. Can't imagine a GP or even a surgeon suggesting an iwatch over a patch or prisma considering liability etc. Regardless, the market always decides.
