I can imagine Australias excellence in preventative healthcare a screening program for ages 29-74 in CRC where the test is a simple blood draw and there has been family history could become standard. i had a friend undergo a colonoscopy as a screening test where the bowel was punctured and didn't heal for years, years of pain, requiring multiple additional surgeries. the benefits of improved sensitivity and specificity and annual screening will be huge.
