They had years to get their act together and provide that data that they always needed. Instead, they spent the last two years telling us the CE Mark was imminent based on the existing data and now they need to enrol more patients. They could have had those patients enrolled long ago, instead chose to enrol nobody relying on the faint hope that it would get approved on the old patients dossier. Meantime, lots of money burnt on exorbitant salaries for Kenny and Co whilst the SP goes from bad to worse. There should be a shareholder revolt!
