I dont like what has happened here. I would have assumed they had all the bases loaded with everything they could possibly need to get the CE mark, but alas not.
In fact they need data from 20 more patients.
How many patients data did they provide in the first place ?
17 patients from 10 years ago. Is that right ?
They either did not get good advice, or they ignored the advice and went for the mark anyway to define exactly what they do need. Wasted a year but maybe a lot of money so they can hit the target next time.
This happened to me with TIS. They screwed up there application for a CE mark TWICE ! Basically tried to take short cuts. After the second time the company was gutted. Chairman and MD sacked. SP in the toilet. Renamed the company and have come back as FTT.
Anyway, I hope OSL do it right next time.
I only have a small holding. Bought on the dips, in small parcels. Still in the red though.
