    as we now know Grade Factoring will emerge as a BIG part of the MCO story. assay grades versus mill production records from the years 1934 - 1939 for the burns, whitelaw, campbells (etc.) stopes were as follows : the average sample assay range was from 6.09 g/t to 12.4 g/t Au. yet the average mill recovered grade 1934 - 39 was : 22.1 g/t to 67.7 g/t Au. this disparity or Grade Correction Factor is 350% to 540%. so the Grade Factor is going to play an important part in understanding assay results, as they come to hand, versus the multiplying Grade Correction Factor when gold is finally poured in production.
