CE Mark would for sure boost SP in the short term, but to gain real traction the company will need to post real and impressive profit over many years. I think that will only happen after they crack the US market.
The FDA is nobody’s fool. I believe CE was targeted because it was perceived to be the easier, quicker and cheaper route than FDA market approval. It hasn’t worked out for OSL that way.
I genuinely hope for long suffering SHs that they get their CE mark. I also hope those same SHs understand how much more difficult, protracted and expensive gaining an approval from the US FDA will be.
