yes you’re right, just read that too. Guess 45 days must be for a watertight application containing that crucial ingredient: data. As the panco trial didn’t start until I think 16/17, what did they actually submit for “fast track” in 2015? Perhaps they thought offering BSI a bag of magic beans would get them through. seriously the more you dig with this one the more confusing it gets.
