Just as a matter of opinion only I would suggest that the board believe in their product but clearly they have run into roadblocks along the way. A class III radioactive implantable device is no adult diaper and fraught with complex issues.
They are competent but understand the importance of ‘keeping the ship afloat’ whilst striving for the important milestone of EU clearance. You see it with many stocks in the speculative zone, directors repeating a mantra until it is finally achieved, or not. That’s why the idea of a class suit against them misleading the market would never fly as legally they would never leave themselves exposed to that degree.
