I agree with several of your points and for those climbing on board for this latest run up to possible CE marking it is fairly clear that the company’s case has strengthened in light of the latest BSI review. If it still had areas of concern as per the March or April assessment would they be so prompt in the formal submission as stated last announcement? I would suggest not.
Let’s hope that the resubmitted statistical analysis around the data has further strengthened, should this be the case we are looking good.
This still remains a spec however with all the associated risk as seen in the market yesterday so not surprised to see it back around the former resistance levels.
