A company makes say a vacuum cleaner and claims its better than a Dyson- well who cares, so what.
A company makes claims in ASX releases to the market that pretty obviously overstate the benefit of an investigational cancer treatment - especially in a cancer like this (eg '"prolongs survival" )....well, needs to be called out IMO.
Nah, I couldn't resist either...
