Is this your analogy or is that something you’ve heard from the company intended to keep investors quiet ..Last time I looked, they were failed alright, last March (just didn’t use the actual word “fail” in the ANN but you know if it looks like a duck etc..). Nowhere since then does it say they’ve “passed”. Yes, Lots of encouraging noises about constructive meetings (hopefully nice sandwiches too) and “closing out” historic stuff, but nowhere do I see a “pass”. And as another wise person has just posted, if they’d passed they’d have CE already. IMO Either this isn’t going as swimmingly as their releases would like the market to believe, or OSL are on a go- slow for some reason, cos something doesn’t compute. . But with this level of performance over the years, god knows how effective they’ll be commercialising this if BSI get bored and do give them CE, cos that’s when the hard work really begins!
