Well we can only think if that OSL has answered and addressed all the concerns that BSI put forward in their denial af the CE Mark application it should get the nod this time . Just the fact that BSI gave OSL a second chance shows it must have gotten very close last time . Just remember BSI would have set all the protocol and targets that need to be achieved for the trial and as far as OSL is concerned they over achieved
