    No shares were sold. He is no longer a substantial shareholder purely due to dilution. before the placement of 178,000,000 shares he held more than 5% of the Company. He is now down to around 3% and therefore not a substantial shareholder.

    The announcement shows the nature of the change as dilution due to placement and no consideration given.
