Management definitely have caretaked AGY when there were no funds and projects putting their capital as loans to AGY. Credit must be given where credit is due.
Now that management have transformed AGY with 3 significant projects and are major holders in AGY. It is important they start progressing these projects and drive the vendors to deliver commercially at Teresa Pocitos and Rincon and build shareholder wealth and maintain market confidence in AGY.
This includes maintaining a strong and stable share register. Bringing in strategic backers who will support AGY and also add complementary specialist technical expertise.
At this stage our share capital structure must not be diluted to much, which is critical to the future success of AGY. So many companies issue a truckload of shares resulting in dilution to the share structure and then resulting in difficulty in growing which leads them to utter failure. Yielding to brokers chasing AGYs mandate to raise capital is not the right way to steer this ship. Management must call the shots to brokers and make them yield to increasing subsequent raising prices.
I look forward to seeing management stick by these market fundamentals. To progress and develop these assets.
I have high expectations that AGY will be only a select few of Lithium micro juniors that may succeed in producing lithium carbonate into this lithium super cycle, and maybe be the market darling in this sector. What a success story it will be.
