So they still hold 65 million shares (81-16) , but they just dont need to disclose when they sell anymore as they are under the 5% level. Seems like these guys are keeping as here now, if they are willing to dump at 1.2, then we still 65 million of theirs to churn through, explains why we cant get out of this 1.2-1.3 level, sooner CPS are off the registry the better.
