3. Changes in association

On 6 August 2010, Deutsche New Zealand Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, acouired a 49.9% interest in Craigs Investment Partners Limited in New Zealand.

I believe the reason for mentioning this in SDL ann is DB will indirectly have SDL shares via Craigs, yeah!!

I personally think changing substantial ownership by BUY'ing / SELL'ing could be due to AUD conversion rate + transferring shares between their business for financial benefit.
