Yes - they have misread the form (which admittedly, is hardly the epitome of clarity).
The number in the last column represents their CURRENT holding - 15,141,187 - after they sold down approx 1.3 million shares which brings them down from a 5.6% share of CDV to under 5% (hence the notice).
The 15 million shares are the "votes effected" - this number should have been x.x% (presumably about 4.9% now?)


Sounds like a nice profit on 10% of their shares and also gets them just under the line for being a significant holder (if that matters at all)
