Not so sure... they have just raised in excess of $816k from the options and they have just released their AGM announcement and the final 3b is due out today or tomorrow (on or before the 28th) so I cant see them issuing stock through a SI placement at a discount (that is just bad governance and shareholder relations) and having another meeting this close to Christmas ie you can have it all ratified at the AGM on Nov 21 so I'm thinking they have been approached by a cornerstone investor/s ? This raise has to be somehow connected to the ops I would of thought ? I know they have expired but all these things are over the last 7 days.
