2) Movistar are always looking at cost efficient and convenient ways of bill payment (ie Airpocket)
3) Information regulatory items mentioned in case study could easily be fulfilled cheaply and effectively by blockchain solution with strong security.

Also for those wanting to do a bit of research check out Bim in Peru. Nationwide wallet system, costs about 15c per transfer, Airpocket could do at about 5c-10c per transfer internally and offer international remittance to all these wallet holders.....
