Nice enough app but don't see the discounts that we are offering, not sure if they have direct relationship with the telcos (they have a few, not just movistar) or go through an intermediary like all the others do (usually Transferto).

They actually market themselves to users within LAtin America (not just to relos overseas). Their selling point is they say they will save you the 20mins+ it can take to stand in line to pay a bill, do it on your phone instead in 10 seconds. So another good opp for us to get onto Latin American smart phone users phones.
