    The selling has been weird and has scared off would be buyers. If you wanted to sell a big parcel you could have let it run a bit further and got more volume to sell off into, but they just capped the price from the start? Maybe seller was/is in a rush for some reason but not a very good tactic for a supposed sophisticated seller. IMO
