Looking at the bigger picture a joining of both would sew up the area with all larger mills on or close to the main road access in one straight transport line on a main road.
Rms couldn't let WGX get those southern tenements it desperately needs soon for feed one explored.
Thats going to take time and money to get to mining ore.
To sew up the the whole transport route kirkaloka mill further south would finish it off.
Who in the area would be willing and able to take a tilt at that I wonder in the near future?
The only immediate problem is RMS is a larger market cap but that 2 to 1 advantage before it's bid will dwindle IMHO as it already has begun to now by year's end.Its currently 1.7 to 1.
I don't believe the extra shares to be issued will improve RMS market cap much if any.
Declining or stagnant shareprices against rising AISC versus
WGX mill feed mix is soon to change and with it improved through put tons and bucks.
It is worth noting what they have run at in the past with better softer less seriously detrious ores.
They have said one of those detrious baseloads will be out of the mix soon if not already.
once again it's all just my thoughts on area consolidation.I have been wrong before.
