So 1,648,000,000 Dollars divided by share price of $3.29 equates to 500,911,854 shares 5% of that number is 25,045,592. I believe if CMM held 42,945,560 shares (being roughly 8.5% of company) the number sold from $ amount given by RRL does not create a situation where CMM cease's to be a substantial holder (owning less than 5% of company)
