So basically WAM told shareholders that they are buying LIC on discount, then diluted existing WAM holders and then end-up selling before end of June.... Now, they received WIN stock as a part of LIC takeover in April when share price of WIN was around 48c - 50c but they selling it in June when share price was around 35c .... LoL .... ..IMO... !
seriously many of us could be better portfolio manager for Wilson then who they got in the office in my opinion... !
