i would be interested in others thoughts here. they only sold down a few to ensure they only hold 4.99% 9less than 5%) and therefore are not considered to be a substantial holder. what are the benefits in NOT being a substantial holder? i.e why sell a few shares to change your status and still retain 40 odd million?
