Yes Cossie, TJ is very keen to bag the company. Certainly doesn't help his reputation by posting incorrect assertions when he obviously hasn't taken the time to read the announcement properly. But I guess his reputation is shot anyway so it doesn't matter.
I must say I don't understand this bit though:
The holder ceased to be a substantial holder on 17 / 07 / 2012 (as a result of a share placements by Austpac)
If it was in 2012 why are we only hearing about it now? I don't know what the rules are concerning that.
And no TJ, I don't think APG were trying to pull the wool over our eyes by withholding the information LOL.
