yes, but they have been diluted to almost half of what they had in the placement in 2008 (I think). I dont believe they have participated in 1 placement since.
The positive is that there is a good parcel waiting to be transferred to a willing buyer in one lot. Also, newcomoners can get sucked in seeing BHP listed as a holder.
