    As usual TJ you are wrong.If you took the time to read the announcement ,you would see that BHP's holding hasn't changed, it's just that because of some additional shares that may have been created for " and I"m only thinking out loud here" some major international company based outside of Australia, BHP's holdings have dropped below 5% of the actual shares issued! which means that it has to be declared.

    You must of been salivating at the thought of putting more #%# on the company and management without reading the notice.

    This to me means that a deal was put to bed a very short time ago and as a result the share holdings % wise for everyone has changed including BHP. I believe we should hear something very shortly about this major international company.
