    CBA are in and out on a rotating basis. while WPR are cyclical within a range l have no idea why they exited at the low. typically their entities hold 5.01% of their share.

    WPR should be fine (l think) for the next 10 years. after that l would imagine there will be hiccups while their land is on sold or converted? l am looking for one other REIT to complete and HDN look interesting?

    it looks like you can purchase off market direct commercial property for a yield of closer to 8%.
    WPR looks 7.2% HDN looks 6.3%...

    the ROE on both WPR (especially HDN) looks a bit pedestrian.

    interesting the IMF seems to suggest that rates in Au will not lower to next year and inflation in Australia is still an issue?? who knows??
