Further to my post:- Not having received any communication back from MAY I decided over the weekend to try MEL. Got two reassuring responses this morning, one to acknowledge receipt of my email and a second, shortly thereafter, from Phil Amery. Excerpt below (minus my identification.)

"The disclosure was at a relevant date, as required by the Act.

Checking the register now, the amounts seem to match. I presume there were acceptances equal to the difference still remaining to be processed at that date. If the Metgasco Company Secretary feels a further disclosure is necessary, it will be made.

I’ve cc’d Paul Bird to this email so he can look it up.

So, all appears good. Have to say, a marked difference between the two companies in prompt response to my query!
