    Ok, just a bad title word choice then. i am trying my best to decipher the announcements. Still in learning phase.
    Thank you for enlighting me.

    but why does CGF wants to announce that they have lesser interest for buying in to MMM. Because they hope the market reacts and can buy at a cheaper price? Or is it some sort of rule for the stock market to announce intrest change?
