if you read the announcement you will see they only sold 4million. its set up for them to sell the rest on news without bringing attention to it and hindering the re-rate. well played by management in my opinion.
Personally i think the non-related note holders brokers have been selling since the AGM but can you blame them? 2000% profit. They took the notes along time ago and will probably be moving the cash into another golden opportunity. A pump and dump has certainly not occurred.
anytime in the next 9 days the DD will be announced. (24 if they take up the extension). i have a feeling the dd will be out when the selling has stopped.
Mina Teresa on its own could justify a huge re-rate. Pocitos i struggle to find info on so is a bonus.
