Although we won't be able to see it, they've only displayed the sells to get back below substantial holder,0.07% or so, and as you can see, that was on aug 2, they were selling. I would hate to hazard a guess as to the remaining shares they've sold on the second, and third which was a solid day trading around 1.20, even yesterday was still decent, wouldn't be surprised if the started accumulating again today, after making healthy 20-25 cents/share profits in two days, then being able to buy back in at 95 cents.
manipulating or not, there is going to be a bit of back slapping going on at DB today
