re: Ann: RNS: Ceasing to be a substantial hol... sarge
Sorry, but I can not find how you get 9 cents/share on the sale.
By my calcs they only got 7 cents a share. Yet the share price was trading around 8-9 cents at that time. RNS low was 5 cents, having been 23 cents a year ago. It is currently trading around 10 cents.
A daft transaction. Desperate to show shareholders/market that they can fund the stupid deal with BOE with funds outside of its current $40m cash.
My take is that the BOE deal is a a mates deal. Who in their right mind buys second hand gear for $280k when they have plenty of their own after all the exploration downsizing they have done. No doubt Parsons is telling people that are complaining that there were a heap of others after the BOE deal and GRY wuz the lucky winners of a titanic battle for riches (feed the little dearies a bit of nightsoil).
This management makes me puke - somebody please take them over. I am in at a low price and will accept a 50% gain from here.
loki (the fall in the share price on a rising gold price reflects management's stupidity)
