Personally, I will believe it if/when the improvement happens. So many games and false starts with exc so far which messes up the chart and makes it look less attractive to those who trade on technicals. That leaves the fundamentals which hasn't been able to hold enough ground to result in any rerate. Now that it has pushed back into the threes it could as easily retrace back under .04 cents in coming days imo. This substantial holder ann. only explains a portion of the sell off. its as if the market doesn't care about the information. I have held true here to my detriment so far as other stocks I have been willing to buy have rocketed in price.
