re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder f... So IOOF bought 3.85m shares as part of the institutional placement at 32c and then 2 months later sells them for 40c each 2 months later the day before a major rights issue is announced. 25% gain in 2 months.
It would have been good if existing shareholders were given the opportunity to buy at the same price as the big guys !
After 2 capital raisings in the space of a couple of months the question is are there more to come ? And will the institutions continue to get preference to current shareholders ?
