Yes kingston67 I thought exactly the same when I read the announcement. IOOF have been buying and selling over the months but the unusually huge volume sell immediately prior to the RI announcement looks far too suspicious. Stinks of insider knowledge and one would hope the ACCC were looking into it but I won't be holding my breath.
Mind you, looks like their sale has backfired, with the share price currently up, not down. That surprised me, but it's early days yet. Let's see how the price trends after EX on the 16th when we're likely to see some arbitrage trades.
