I think it could be either of two things.

1) They see better prospects elsewhere, we already know they have been increasing their holdings in MNW.

2) They are privy to information(negative) that we regular share holders are not and hence decided to bail before the business update to the rest of the market.

The sceptic in me is learning towards option 2, but the eternal optimist is going with option 1.
