When applying a forward lens - MEL management have a clear record of capital return...so there may have been private talk of divvies in the future. Even a tenth of a cent per year gives a 4+% return on their investment...and that's a sub $1 million annual outlay for the company. I'm seeing this entitlement offer as one heck of a long term play...just annoyed that I've got too many already, which makes it hard to find the cash to take full advantage!
