I would read it the same way, essentially just MQG facilitating the trade then taking their undisclosed clip on the way through.
The burning question though is who the other parties in the block trade are?
Will we see another substantial holding notice soon now the trade has settled?
Surely a trade of this size must have a buyer for the large majority of the 87 million shares.
