Was thinking exactly the same about legit. It’s actually
been sitting there at the 20 cent mark for at least a week
and became impatient this morning and paid on the nose
above asking price to seal the deal. That was one buyer
only…..for a cool 480k purchase. Someone with deep pockets
reckons 24 cents is a good deal and I’m inclined to agree…
