    Am I reading this right ?

    So Macquarie got $70m cash, 25m shares via scrip deal, 55m shares via referral agreement and 75m options (20c strike) as a part of the EMS deal. And now less than 2 years after the deal have sold all 80m shares @16c.

    I wonder if the referral agreement was fruitful and whether it still exists ? Reminds me of the ERM deal....

    Like to hear SH’s thoughts on this ???
