There is not going to be a quick resolution to HPI simply because there is no capital partner available at current market prices.
When your finance costs are 6% +, you can't be buying HPI's properties at a less than 6% cap rate let alone a premium to that if they were to try and launch a takeover.
TGP does not have anymore cash on their balance sheet to increase their holding and I suspect they'll be stuck here for some time.
