They bought a loss making company, to increase there revenue, so bucko could get some more options.with no idea how to turn it around.it still not making money....there tech doesnt make a profit in the Aust market, which is the biggest in the world, the US market is set up totaly different to ours, and will be years until it makes a profit , if it ever will, and s still will never be as large as Aust market, as horse racing isnt that big over there.So im not sure how they plan on getting to a real return on invested capital.
