Interesting little announcement here....
MQG are no longer a significant holder. However...they do not provide the updated number of shares they control. What they do offer, at the end of the announcement, is a record of a handful of transactions which amount to a piddling number of shares.
For MQG to no longer be a significant holder they need to have sold 0.78% of the float which = 6,240,000 shares. So... what happened?
Below is the shortman graph of the outstanding shorts for CAI which on the 28th March stands at 6,274,604.
That short position has not been covered... otherwise MQG would not now be announcing the change.
I don't like the chances for the short position... despite someone dumping on the open on the 27 March, CAI is up 42% from the low close on the 27th (10.5 cents) to today's close (15 cents) on elevated volume.
