MQG haven't offloaded (sold) per se. They actually took the 178m block trade shares they purchased on 10/03/25 and then lent them out to GS on 13/03/25 (per Annexure C).
It makes me wonder whether GS are lining up a shorting campaign. (Preparing for a shorting campaign isn't the only reason GS might borrow the stock, but it's certainly a bit of a red flag to me.)
