Every day some decent parcels are changing hands.
Asking myself who is selling - is it is us ‘small’ holders selling some to invest some money elsewhere and reduce risk just in case?
But more importantly - who is buying? Cant imagine us private investors buying at current situation - so hoping someone accumulating steadily....
