They only start selling from 27/3 which is the day before JORC is push to mid april (of course its a coincident)
27/3 to 9/4 they sold 22197 but 10/4 net bought of 23482
that means they average down from 57cts to 51.5cts for that tranche.
You r right , they still hold under 5%, so the saying - talk to the financial planner....
selling those 500000 shares on 11/4 might be staking a claim but be mindful of the risks. dont over commit? Wont there be a TH on monday?
